The Maserati Grecale, carrying the internal codename M182, debuted as a compact luxury crossover slotting beneath the larger Levante. Built upon a modified version of the agile Stellantis Giorgio platform, it features an aluminum-rich suspension setup with front double wishbones, a multi-link rear axle, and optional active air suspension. Powertrain choices start with GT and Modena trims utilizing a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with a 48V mild-hybrid setup and e-Booster delivering 300 hp and 330 hp. The performance-focused Trofeo variant adopts the 3.0-liter twin-turbo Nettuno V6 featuring twin-spark pre-chamber ignition technology derived from Formula 1, producing 530 hp. Complementing the internal combustion range is the fully electric Grecale Folgore, which uses a 105 kWh battery pack and dual electric motors generating over 550 hp and 820 Nm of torque. All gasoline models utilize an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive, competing in North American, European, and Asian markets.
