Maserati GranCabrio II (M189) gallery (2024–present)

Unveiled in early 2024, the second-generation Maserati GranCabrio (chassis code M189) translates the engineering advancements of the new GranTurismo into a flagship convertible. Built on the Giorgio Sport platform with extensive use of aluminum and magnesium, the chassis incorporates bespoke structural reinforcements to maintain superior rigidity. The electro-actuated fabric roof features five fabric color options, opening in just 14 seconds at speeds up to 50 km/h (31 mph), complemented by a standard neck-warming system built into the front seats. At launch, the internal combustion lineup is spearheaded by the Trofeo specification, housing the 3.0-liter twin-turbo Nettuno V6 with pre-chamber combustion generating 542 hp and 650 Nm of torque, linked to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and intelligent all-wheel drive. The lineup also features the GranCabrio Folgore, an all-electric convertible with tri-motor all-wheel drive, an 800V electrical architecture, and an active battery pack capacity of 92.5 kWh delivering extreme open-air performance across global markets.
