Isuzu Fargo II (E24) gallery (1995–2001)
The second generation Isuzu Fargo was produced from 1995 to 2001 and was a licensed copy of the Nissan Caravan minibus.
The second generation of the Isuzu Fargo commercial vehicle entered the market in August 1995. During this period, Isuzu abandoned the independent development of light delivery vans due to cost optimization and entered into a partnership agreement with Nissan. As a result, the second-generation Fargo became a complete rebadged analog of the popular Nissan Caravan van with the E24 body. The vehicle was offered exclusively as a van with various roof height and wheelbase options for commercial applications. The engine line was completely borrowed from the donor Nissan model, including reliable Z and KA series gasoline engines, such as the 2.4-liter engine, as well as turbocharged inline-diesel engines. Torque transmission was carried out via manual or automatic gearboxes to rear-wheel or four-wheel-drive systems. Production of the second-generation Fargo continued until May 2001, after which it was replaced by the new Isuzu Como model, also based on Nissan vans.
