The Geely Galaxy E8 electric fastback built on the PMA2+ architecture impresses with record aerodynamic efficiency and an immersive 45-inch 8K display.

The Geely Galaxy E8 executive electric fastback sedan, bearing internal model code E171, entered production in 2024 as the brand's first battery electric vehicle. Built on the PMA2+ platform derived from the Sustainable Experience Architecture, it features all-wheel independent suspension and high structural stiffness. Stretching over five meters in length, its body showcases an aerodynamic drag coefficient of just 0.199 Cd, flush door handles, and matrix LED lighting. Powertrain choices include a single-motor rear-wheel-drive setup producing 272 horsepower or a dual-motor all-wheel-drive configuration outputting 637 horsepower. Energy is stored in 62 kWh or 76 kWh LFP battery packs, yielding a driving range between 550 km and 665 km based on CLTC testing. The centerpiece of the cabin is an ultra-wide 45-inch 8K screen spanning the entire dashboard, driven by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor. Additional features include an AR-HUD display, Infinity audio system, massaging seats, and Level 2+ autonomous driving functions. The Galaxy E8 is marketed in China and exported internationally.
