The mid-size plug-in hybrid sedan Geely Galaxy A7 carrying model code P181 was launched in 2025 within the Geely Galaxy electrified lineup. Built upon the GEA architecture, the A7 slots between the Starshine 6 and Starshine 7 sedans. The EM-i plug-in hybrid system pairs a 1.5 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine achieving 46.5 percent thermal efficiency with a 175 kW front electric motor. LFP battery options range from 8.5 kWh to 28.3 kWh, offering electric ranges of 55 to 150 km and an extraordinary combined cruising range up to 2100 km. An all-electric variant is also available. Exterior styling embraces the Galaxy Ripple aesthetic with continuous front and rear light bars, traditional door handles, and 19-inch aerodynamic wheels. The vehicle incorporates ultra high strength steel in its safety cage construction, ensuring exceptional structural rigidity and crash protection performance. The interior features a widescreen infotainment display and Level 2 driver assistance.
