Geely Binrui I (A06) gallery (2018–present)

The Geely Binrui compact sports sedan was constructed on the modular BMA platform and targets younger drivers with its dynamic fastback body styling and tech features.

The C-segment sedan Geely Binrui, developed under code A06, debuted in 2018 as the inaugural production car built on Geely's B-segment Modular Architecture platform. The exterior features a sleek fastback silhouette with a sloping roofline and pronounced character creases. Suspension uses a standard configuration with front MacPherson struts and a rear torsion beam setup. Initial powertrains comprised a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder unit and a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine generating up to 141 horsepower. Later updates, including the sporty Binrui Cool introduced in 2022, brought a 1.5-liter direct-injection four-cylinder turbo engine outputting 181 horsepower. Gearbox options include a 6-speed manual, a CVT with simulated steps, and a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. Inside, the cabin provides a driver-oriented dashboard with digital instrumentation and connected infotainment. Advanced safety systems feature Level 2 driver support, lane keep assistance, automatic emergency braking, and a surround-view monitor. The Binrui is marketed in China and exported to Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
