Ford Galaxy II (WA6) gallery (2006–2015)

The second-generation Ford Galaxy is a premium 7-seat European MPV built on the EUCD platform from 2006 to 2015.

The second-generation Ford Galaxy (WA6) debuted at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. Developed entirely in-house by Ford on the EUCD platform shared with the Mondeo and S-MAX, it was assembled at the Genk plant in Belgium. Featuring Ford's Kinetic Design styling language, it incorporated the FoldFlatSystem (FFS) allowing rear seats to fold flat into the floor.

Engines included naturally aspirated Duratec 2.0L and 2.3L gasoline units, later replaced by 1.6L and 2.0L EcoBoost turbo engines (up to 203 hp), alongside 1.8L, 2.0L, and 2.2L Duratorq TDCi turbodiesels. A 2010 mid-cycle update added subtle exterior chrome accents, LED taillights, and the PowerShift dual-clutch transmission.
