The second-generation Fiat Topolino is an ultra-compact two-passenger battery-electric vehicle categorized as a quadricycle. Built on the dedicated lightweight tubular spaceframe platform developed by Stellantis and shared with the Citroën Ami and Opel Rocks Electric, the vehicle is offered in two configurations: a standard enclosed model featuring glass roof panels and conventional doors, and the Dolce Vita open-air variant with open sides, rope cords, and a rollable canvas roof. All units are finished in the distinctive Verde Vita paint color.

The propulsion system utilizes a single electric motor delivering 8 horsepower, powered by a 5.0-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery. The vehicle offers an estimated driving range of 46 miles on a single charge. Factory specifications limit the standard maximum speed to 19 mph, while a street-legal conversion kit increases top speed to 25 mph to comply with Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) municipal roadway regulations in North America. Recharging requires approximately five hours via a standard alternating current electrical outlet.

In comparison to the first generation manufactured between 1936 and 1955, the vehicle features an entirely different mechanical layout and vehicle classification. The historical chassis frame, 569 cc four-cylinder petrol engine, and rear-wheel drive have been replaced by front-wheel drive, an electric powertrain, and composite body panels. Modern standard equipment includes LED exterior lights, a digital instrument cluster, seat belts, and a USB-C charging interface.
