The seventh-generation Charger refined the LD platform, adding more modern body lines and an updated interior. It was in this generation that Dodge began producing extreme modifications like the Hellcat, which, with engines producing over 700 hp, changed the perception of what a sedan could do. The model combined comfort for daily commuting with incredible power, becoming the fastest and most capable sedan of its class in the world.
