Daewoo Lemans II gallery (1994–1997)

The second generation of the model was marketed as the Daewoo Cielo in South Korea and other regions while retaining the foundational platform.

The second generation of the family debuted in 1994 and was sold in key markets as the Daewoo Cielo, although the LeMans moniker remained in select regions. The car retained the proven GM T platform and body styles (sedan, three- and five-door hatchbacks), but received a completely redesigned exterior featuring smoother styling cues and updated lighting assemblies. The engine range was expanded with efficient 1.5-liter multi-point fuel-injected powerplants, including 8-valve and 16-valve variants (SOHC and DOHC) paired with manual or automatic transmissions. South Korean production ended in 1997, but licensed manufacturing under the Daewoo Nexia and Chevrolet Nexia names continued at numerous international plants, most notably in Uzbekistan, well into 2016.
