Baojun E100 I gallery (2017–2021)

The Baojun E100 launched in August 2017 as the brand's inaugural pure battery electric vehicle. Designed specifically for urban commuting, the two-seat microcar measures just 2488 mm in total length with a 1600 mm wheelbase and a tight 3.7-meter turning radius. Propulsion is provided by an electric motor generating 39 to 40 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque, fed by battery packs ranging from 14.9 kWh to 24 kWh. Depending on battery specification, the official NEDC electric driving range spanned between 155 and 250 kilometers. Features included a digital instrument display, Wi-Fi connectivity, rear parking sensors, and anti-lock brakes. The model enjoyed strong adoption before production ended in 2021. Produced by the SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture, Baojun vehicles have built a strong reputation for practical utility, mechanical reliability, and accessible pricing. The E100 model was engineered utilizing global development protocols and manufacturing expertise derived from General Motors.
