About the model
The Audi RS7 was introduced as a high-performance liftback variant of the A7 family, combining aggressive styling, everyday usability, and serious straight-line speed.
The first generation, built on the C7 platform (type 4G), was produced from 2013 to 2018. It featured a twin-turbo V8 engine paired with an automatic transmission and permanent quattro all-wheel drive, receiving updated matrix lighting, refreshed exterior accents, and revised electronics during its mid-cycle facelift.
The second generation, designated C8 (type 4K), entered production in 2019 and continues to be produced in the liftback body style. It maintains a powerful twin-turbo V8 powertrain with an automatic gearbox, adding a wider body, standard all-wheel steering, mild-hybrid technology, and a modernized dual-touchscreen cockpit layout.
