About this generation

The third-generation Audi A5 (B10) unifies the former A4 and A5 series onto the PPC platform with futuristic curved display technology.

Debuting in mid-2024, the third-generation Audi A5 (B10) inaugurates Audi's revised naming strategy where odd numbers denote internal combustion vehicles. Replacing both the former A4 and A5 ranges, the B10 is offered as a dynamic Sedan (featuring a practical liftback tailgate) and an A5 Avant. It is engineered upon the state-of-the-art Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) architecture.

Visual highlights include muscular fenders, flush door handles, and customizable digital OLED rear light graphics. The interior centers around a curved digital stage display paired with a dedicated front passenger touchscreen. Powertrains incorporate 2.0 TFSI, 3.0 TFSI, and 2.0 TDI units boosted by 48V MHEV plus technology, along with next-generation plug-in hybrid (PHEV) options.
