Alfa Romeo Stelvio II gallery (2027–present)

The second generation of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio transitions to the Stellantis STLA Large modular architecture, replacing the Giorgio platform utilized by the original model. Designed to accommodate multi-energy powertrains, the new platform enables Alfa Romeo to offer both hybrid and fully electric versions right from the launch of sales, avoiding reliance on a solely battery-electric lineup.

Retaining its practical luxury SUV body style, the new Stelvio has grown significantly in overall dimensions. Its total length approaches five yards (over 4.5 meters), making it substantially larger than the previous generation and positioning it above key rivals such as the BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC in exterior footprint, passenger cabin room, and cargo capacity.

The powertrain roster comprises efficient hybrid setups and all-electric dual-motor systems with high-voltage fast-charging architecture. A flagship high-performance Quadrifoglio derivative is also confirmed to rejoin the range, targeting four-digit horsepower ratings. Compared to the preceding generation, the model brings a major platform overhaul, full powertrain electrification, and an expanded vehicle footprint.
