Built on the 105/115 platform, the Spider debuted in 1966 as the Duetto and ran until 1993 through four body series, from the round-tail original to the plastic-bumper cars. Power came from 1.3 to 2.0-litre Twin Cam fours. The film The Graduate made it famous worldwide.
