The second-generation Acura ZDX (II) has been in production since 2023 as the brand's first all-electric crossover built on the GM Ultium platform.

Acura ZDX (2024)
Unveiled in August 2023 for the 2024 model year, the second-generation Acura ZDX revived the nameplate as Acura's inaugural battery-electric vehicle. Co-developed with General Motors, the crossover utilizes GM's Ultium EV architecture, featuring a 121.8-inch wheelbase and a low-slung roofline. The cabin highlights Google Built-in infotainment capabilities and an 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. Engineering priorities for this generation focused on structural rigidity, chassis refinement, and elevating active safety capabilities.
The ZDX A-Spec offers single-motor rear-wheel-drive (358 hp) or dual-motor all-wheel-drive (490 hp) configurations. The performance Type S variant delivers 500 horsepower from its dual-motor setup, supported by height-adjustable air suspension, adaptive dampers, and 15.6-inch Brembo front brakes. A 102 kWh lithium-ion battery package yields an estimated EPA driving range of up to 313 miles. A comprehensive list of standard features combined with proven powertrain durability helped secure a strong market presence in its segment.
