Jaguar Will Call Back All F-Types for Fixing Safety Bags
All the Jaguar F-Type sports vehicle which were produces are recalled now.
The British company has stated that there will be a recall of all these vehicles due to the possible issue with airbags because of a bad connection between the occupant classification sensor control module and the seat belt tensioner sensor. According to the automaker, it may be possible that this connection was not properly wired. In a result, the false data could be sent to the restraint control module determining the opening of the front passenger safety bag.
Speaking in different words, the F-Type might have the front passenger safety bag opened even in case of a child safety seat buckling into the spot. In total, 7,079 vehicles will be affected. Jaguar has gained three complaints of faulty warning lights. There were no injuries related to this problem. The repairing program will start on January 5 of the next year.
