Popularity Of The 2 Series Minivan From BMW
BMW 2 Series minivan might have been the most controversial vehicle in the company’s history. This model was the first one in a century to have the famous propeller badge on it. That was a FWD chassis.
The automaker was using the rear-drive option, but it changed it to “wrong-wheel-drive” with a small minivan.
According to numbers posted by Automotive News Europe, this minivan is among the best-selling ones on the old continent. By the way, it is also the most expensive one.
According to JATO Dynamics, the automaker moved 77,664 2 Series Tourers in the end of September. So, this makes a 26% raise in comparison with the same period of 2015.
The VW Touran and Citroen C4 Picasso managed to do better. They moved 88,169 and 85,390 positions correspondently.
