Meet Next Year's X2 From BMW
There was a lot of teasing for the latest BMW X2. It has been presented as a “coupe” companion to the X1 crossover.
The automaker calls it the “cool X” offering. The latest X2 has an upside down kidney enclosure and a sportier roof line as well as more aggressive design in comparison with its X1 relative.
Besides, there is the company’s badging on the C-pillar.
The X2 is 1824mm wide, 4360mm long and 1526mm tall. The vehicle rides on a 2670mm wheelbase.
The X2’s boot will eat 470 litres of gear.
There will be 3 trim grades offered for the unit: M Sport X, M Sport and base. The M Sport versions feature aggressive bumper treatments and bigger 19- or 20-inch alloys. They also sit on a stiffer suspension set-up dropping the vehicle by 10mm.
2 diesel powerplants and a solitary petrol engine will be available for the X2 on the old continent.
