BMW will prepare a rival for Audi e-tron GT
BMW will create an electric sedan that will compete with the Porsche Taycan, Tesla Model S, as well as the future Audi e-tron GT.
Autoblog writes that the novelty should be expected for 2024, and it calls BMW i6. Like the Porsche Taycan, the car will be driven by two electric motors at several stages of forcing.
The base electric car will provide a 204-horsepower engine to the front axle with a 340-horsepower unit to the rear. It turns out that the total engine output will reach 544 hp. The top version of the BMW i6 will be equipped with several 340-horsepower electric motors, developing together 680 "horses." Sets of batteries for 90 and 120 kW/h will provide a reserve of 560 and 700 kilometers, respectively.
The appearance of the BMW i6 will almost copy many elements from the 8-Series Gran Coupe and the prototype Concept 4.
