BMW M7 Virtual Rendering previews a Possible High-Class 7-Series
The BMW M7 has been virtually rendered before its possible reveal in 2016.
We can consider it to be the worst kept secret of BMW. The new 7-Series turned back in a revealing image yesterday. Now we can see a beautiful interpretation of the possible M7’s outlook. The high-class vehicle has a sportier fascia with M logo on the radiator enclosure, restyled M3-reminding side mirrors, a changed front bumper with bigger air intakes and new side skirts.
Gossips about the high-performance magnificent sedan have been levitating during years. Although, the latest rumour from the Bavarian producer supposes that the M7 could be launched in the next year. This car will be a direct competitor for the Audi A8 and the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG. Probably, an updated variant of the automaker’s 4.4-litre eight-cylinder engine will power the vehicle. It is capable of generating almost 600 hp (or 441 kW).
Paul Ferraiolo, BMW chief of product planning, explained in his November interview last year that there was no demand for a track-oriented 7-Series. Now, recent reports state that the M7’s price will stand at 140,000 EUR (or 156,200 USD). They also suggest that the vehicle will be on sale in the 2016.
