Wraps Off S3 Cabrio from Audi

Early spring coolness of Geneva did not become an obstacle from Audi to reveal its S3 Cabrio convertible.

Visitors of German dealerships will surely be pleased to see a revised car already this summer. The high-aiming vehicle has a modified grille, mirrors capped in artificial aluminium and a honeycomb pattern on mesh grille. Spoiler of the car is installed on the trunk, rear diffuser is painted in shining grey, and exhaust system is composed of four pipes. The car rides on the wheels 18 inches in diameter.

Drivers will have a privilege for sport style steering wheel, steel pedals and redesigned instrument cluster. The style is supported by sports seats, trim of aluminium and a range of insertions made from other metals.

The model comes with a turbo V4 engine with 2.0-litre displacement delivering 300 hp and torque of 280 lb-ft. This works in pair with S tronic gearbox holding six speeds powering all four wheels. The mark of 100 km/h is reached in 5.4 seconds. Maximum figure on the speedometer is 250 km/h. Fuel is consumed by the car at the rate of 39.7 mpg, and CO2 emissions total 165 g/km.
