2026 Lexus ES: A Fresh Look and Upgraded Technology

2026 Lexus ES Facelift: A Revamped Luxury Sedan

While the current generation ES has been around since 2018, Lexus has introduced another update to keep it fresh and exciting. This latest facelift, unveiled at the Auto Guangzhou show in China, showcases a range of exterior and interior enhancements.

A Striking Exterior

The new ES features sharper headlights with a distinctive dual "L"-shaped motif, inspired by the popular RX model. The rear of the sedan is adorned with an elegant light bar that follows the latest design trends. These visual updates contribute to the ES's timeless appeal.

Upgraded Interior

Step inside the revised ES and experience its modernized cabin. The Chinese version boasts a spacious 14-inch touchscreen, replacing the traditional climate controls. The center console now carries fewer physical buttons, providing a sleek and intuitive user interface. Additionally, customers have the option to personalize their ES with luxurious interior themes and refined trims.

Extended Lifespan

Although the United States version of the ES is yet to receive these updates, Lexus' decision to implement a second facelift implies that the current model will remain on the market for the foreseeable future. However, when the eighth generation arrives, it is expected to draw inspiration from the latest Toyota Camry.

Keep an eye out for the 2026 Lexus ES, as it may make its debut at the upcoming 2024 Los Angeles Auto Show.
