The new Kia Niro Hybrid has declassified its parameters

Kia has revealed the secret of the new Niro's specs.

The second-generation model will have a hybrid propulsion system.

The second generation of Kia Niro debuted in November 2021, but only now has the company told about the car in more detail.

The crossover length is 4.42 meters, width - 1.825 meters, height - 1.545 meters. The car's wheelbase will also increase, which will allow rising the interior and the trunk.

The setup itself consists of a 1.6-liter gasoline unit with fuel injection with a power of 104 hp and 144 Nm and an electric motor with 32 kW. In total, the result is 139 hp. The petrol engine is paired with an upgraded six-speed automatic transmission with a dual-clutch.

The new Niro will delight in the driving mode in the "green zone." Once there, the car automatically shuts off the engine, after which an electric motor will drive all movement of the vehicle.

The launch of novelty sales will occur at the end of this January exclusively in South Korea. After that, the model will go to the rest of the world.
