The updated Honda Accord sedan debuted

Honda has unveiled an updated Accord sedan for the US. Here, the implementation of new items began on October 13.

The base car price is $24,770 minimum.

The updated car has a wider radiator, reduced foglights, aggressive bumpers, and the latest alloy wheels. The sporty version of the Sport Special Edition features chrome trim. 19-inch wheels are an option.

The essential novelty has multimedia with an 8.0-inch "sensor." More expensive configurations allow you to connect your smartphone to multimedia wirelessly. The cabin also has USB ports for rear passengers. The driver will receive an improved adaptive cruise with an advanced lane-keeping system. For older trim levels, an autobraking function prepares if the car is driving at low speeds.

A 1.5-liter turbo V4 with 195 "horses" and 260 Nm prepares for the sedan. The engine operates with a variator. The client will also have the opportunity to buy a new product with a 2.0-liter turbo engine with direct fuel injection with a power of 252 hp. The presented transmission is a proprietary ten-band "automatic."

The new Accord will later get a hybrid powertrain, including a 2.0-liter gasoline unit with two electric motors with a total capacity of 212 hp.
