Mercedes-Benz E-Class debuted in an extended version

Mercedes-Benz has revealed an extended wheelbase version of the updated E-Class sedan.

The public premiere of the car took place in Beijing at the local auto show. Motor1 writes that the vehicle is intended only for the local market.

The length of the five-seater sedan is 5,056 m. The new items' differences are shown in other bumpers, a trapezoidal radiator, and modern headlights and lanterns. The salon has a new center console with a touchscreen and steering wheel. The driver will have the MBUX media system at his disposal.

The elongated sedan engine will be a 1.5-liter petrol engine with a capacity of 184 hp and a 2.0-liter 258-horsepower unit. Another motor will be a 299-horsepower 2.0-liter unit. The car can be either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
