Mercedes will design an opponent for Tesla Model S

Mercedes-Benz electric sedan may appear in 3 years to compete with Tesla Model S.

The Autocar publication writes that a document has appeared at their disposal that was prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Informatization of the PRC.

Now the project has the code designation "V295", and the commodity machine may have the name EQE. The novelty is 1 out of 10 models that are expected until 2025 on behalf of the subbrand EQ. Investments in the size of them will be about 10 billion euros.

This Mercedes-Benz dimensions will be less than the current E-Class, but the interior space will resemble the interior of the flagship S-Class sedan. The return of the installation of the car will be set at around 400 "horses," and the power reserve will reach 600 km. The electric vehicle will also have a level 3 autopilot.
