In 2021, new Opel Astra will begin sales

A new generation of Opel Astra (Vauxhall Astra) is expected for 2021. 

For a novelty, expected a brand new design element.

According to Autoexpress, the car will have a new front end, like the last Corsa. The publication showed exclusive drawings of new Astra, which suggests a possible design performance. The car will turn out to be more spacious, with a trunk of more than 380 liters of volume. Inside, modern technology and high-quality finishes are expected.

The engine range will include PSA petrol and diesel engines. So far, only one motor for the novelty is known - it is a 3-cylinder gasoline unit for 109 and 129 “horses.” Hybrid performance models will be sold later. Buyers will be given modifications with a 6-speed manual gearbox or an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The new generation of Opel Astra will debut next year.
