$157K For 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor At Auction
This year’s F-150 Raptor from Ford in the SuperCab guise aired at $48,860 MSRP when it was available.
Though, this one fetched more than 3 times the offering’s first price. It was auctioned for $157,000 at the 46th every-year Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction that was held last week. The proceeds from the event will be forwarded to the JDRF global organization fighting with 1 diabetes. There also was a big donation ($50,000) made. The CEO of Sam Pack Five Star Ford of Carrollton, Texas won the auction. Sam will opt the colour for his latest exclusive F-150 Raptor. The high-performance car is equipped with a beefy 3.5-litre biturbo six-cylinder unit that produces 450 hp and torque of 510 pound-feet.
The power is sent to both axles via a 10-speed automatic gearbox. It grants a maximum capacity of 1,000 pounds for the SuperCab and 1,200 lbs for the SuperCrew.
