Steering Fix Of 2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Mercedes-Benz recalled 2 units of the previous-gen 2013 C-Class because there are concerns about an improperly tightened bolt in the helm. This issue could lead to coupling’s detach from the shaft.

The producer from Germany says that 2 units that fall under the recall might have loose bolts that are securing the steering coupling because of a manufacturing mistreat.

In case the coupling detaches from the shaft, this can lead to a loss of helm control. This will only increase the probability of an accident.

The 2 recalled models were marketed between May 1, 2013 and May 31, 2013.

Customers who have bought the affected C-classes will be reached by mail. The company will encourage them to bring their cars to their preferred dealer so it could be inspected and repaired (if required).
