New York, Expect 2018 Lexus LS F-Sport Pack Debut

The next-gen LS500 F-Sport from Lexus will be presented worldwide at the motor show held in NY next week.

The automaker states that the LS500 and LS500h will be possible to get in F-Sport trim. However, it looks like only the LS500 F-Sport will be shown in NY.

The producer has not provided much info. The high-end division states that the F-Sport offerings will highlight the latest GA-L “platform’s responsiveness and agility to present the most engaging LS driving experience yet”.

Concerning the other offerings within the automaker’s line-up, the new LS F-Sport versions should have revised exterior design with more aggression that other trim levels and a sportier suspension set-up.

The teaser shows that the LS F-Sport will have less chrome at the back, chromed exhaust tip surrounds and black Lexus badge backing.

The LC coupe and LS sedan will be originated on the company’s latest GA-L RDW platform.

The LS500 and LC500 offerings receive power from a 3.5-litre twin-turbo six-cylinder unit producing 310 kW and torque of 600 Nm. According to the reports, the LS500 is able to sprint from 0-100 kmh in 4.8 seconds.
