Expect Next Mercedes CLA In Two AMG Flavours
The next-gen of Mercedes-AMG compact vehicles will be available in 2 versions to appeal to a bigger scope of customers.
The automaker has taken a 2-tyer strategy with the AMG variants of the larger vehicles. The C-Class is available in C43 AMG form with a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged six-cylinder or in C63 AMG form with a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder.
The next-gen A-Class will be the 1st innovated compact vehicle from the brand with this 2-tyred pricing and performance structure. You will see it with the A45 AMG nameplate. It will also come along with a cheaper AMG performance offering with less power. This will also work for the CLA45 sedan and GLA45 compact crossover.
The AMG boss told that the compact vehicle family will be enlarged. Their successful “45” units will get new performance variants.
