Bosch And Mercedes-Benz Will Present Automated Valet Parking Site

The valet experience will come out soon thankfully to autonomous driving tech. Bosch wants to be at the 1st place of the tech.

The latest video shows that the tech partner Daimler have showed a system seeing Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan guided to its space by the latest infrastructure in the Mercedes-Benz Museum parking garage.

A similar system has been spotted with VW earlier in 2015. However, it is the 1st time when it has been installed in a public parking facility.

The producer says that the project is the 1st-ever infrastructure-based solution for a completely automated valet parking service in the world (meaning with and without a person at the help.

The facility will function for the public next year. People will be able to see the system with supplied Mercedes-Benz pilot vehicles.
