Paparazzi spotted the vehicle’s prototype during testing. The new Accord will receive the identical design with the new-gen Civic. The car was hidden under the camouflage, but it was possible to see that its body features more angular design at the front. It will ride on a bigger variant of the next-gen CR-V and Civic platform. The costs will be cut thankfully to the VW versatile MQB modular architecture.

The 2018 Accord is expected to arrive in 2017. It will be equipped with more fuel-efficient motors. Besides, the automaker is offering the innovated 2017 Accord Hybrid delivering 212 hp and returning 49 mpg in the city and 47 mpg on the highway.
