Photos of the 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class leaked

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class was spotted before the presentation scheduled for Detroit show this week.

Totally, 31 exterior and interior photos have leaked. They show a vehicle close in execution to the Mercedes C-Class and Mercedes S-Class.

There is no much official information. According to the reports, the latest E-Class wears a codename W213. It is 65 mm longer than the outgoing offering in the wheelbase. The overall length is stretched by 43 mm. The drag coefficient is believed to be very low (0.23). This is supposed to enhance aerodynamic efficiency.

There are no many details about engine. Reports suggest that there will be options with V4 and V6 units. Besides, there will be an E350e plug-in hybrid.
