New Boosted Engine For 2017 A3 From Audi
The 2017 A3 from Audi got a more efficient and more powerful 2.0-litre TFSI. This unit gives 16 more ho and more torque. Expect to get acquainted with it next year.
The engine is mated to an innovated 7-speed S Tronic gearbox. Its total output equals to 186 hp and torque of 221 pound-feet. The sedan is able to sprint to 60 mph in 6.6 seconds. Efficiency was increased to combined 29 mpg.
The A3 range also got several enhancements of the exterior. There are updates fascia cues and a new headlamp styling. “Singleframe” radiator enclosure provides an aggressive look.
The base A3 Premium FWD offering will cost $31,200 for the coupe, not including the destination ($950 more). Meanwhile the cabriolet will be $37,600 more.
