The Latest Mercedes FCV will arrive by 2017

Mercedes made a statement about development of the net-gen fuel-cell car. According to the automaker, the model is “on track”. It will arrive in two years.

There is no precise information about the vehicle. We found out that the car is going to be equipped with the latest fuel-cell powerplant. This powerplant was created in a partnership with Renault-Nissan and Ford.

The automaker doesn’t speak much about the next FCV. Though, it has shown the growing hydrogen refuelling infrastructure (California). It has embarked on a 1,000 mile voyage with lots of B-Class F-CELL clients. The company also announced that even longer rides will be possible soon since the quantity of public hydrogen refuelling stations in California will be increased. It is expected to have 40 of them by the end of next year.
