The C63 Coupe is ready to be introduced at the Motor Show held in Frankfurt. The model reminds of the sedan since it has an aggressive front fascia, a 4-tailpipe exhaust system and a sporty rear bumper. The offering received lightweight alloy wheels. A high-performance braking system backs them up. Besides, the model under consideration has door mounted mirrors.
The C63 Coupe will receive power from a 4.0-litre eight-cylinder twin-turbo engine. It is able to develop 469 hp (or 349 kW) and torque of 479 lb-ft (or 648 Nm). The engine will be joined to a 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT gearbox. It is expected to enable the offering to accelerate from 0-60 mph in almost 4 seconds. As to the top speed, it is electronically limited to 155 mph (or 250 km/h).
If you still want something faster, expect a high-performance S version. It will be equipped with an upgraded engine which produces 503 hp (or 375 kW) and torque of 516 lb-ft (or 698 Nm). This one will enable the offering to accelerate from 0-60 mph in almost 3.9 seconds. Its electronically-limited top speed stands at 180 mph (or 289 km/h).
