Meet spied Kia Forte Hatchback, Coupe and Sedan facelift

Three new body designs of the Kia Forte facelift were caught on camera in a parking box situated somewhere in America.

Kia has done a minor facelift to the Euro-spec cee’d range not long ago. It is not a surprise that the US-spec Forte is also waiting on its modification. The Forte sedan, Forte coupe and Forte5 hatchback will get slight design revisions. Therefore, we will see a little bit changed front and rear bumpers along with a restyled tiger nose enclosure. Meanwhile, the lighting clusters will get some tweaked graphics.

Any serious changes are not expected inside the vehicle. The trio under consideration will probably be equipped with a 1.6-litre T-GDi turbocharged petrol engine which also equips the latest Elantra from Hyundai. This unit is able to produce 175 hp. The power will be sent through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. Moreover, it looks like this motor will replace the 2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine that generates 173 hp.

The Kia Forte facelift will probably come out in 2016 as a 2017MY.
