Kia Optima at 2015 SEMA Show without its Top

New Kia Optima will be presented at this year’s SEMA Show. The car has its top sliced off.

The sedan wears name the A1A Optima. It was developed from the legendary Florida A1A highway and has a convertible design with a room for four. The Korean company had strengthened steel tubes that are hidden in the body so that a rigid structure without the top would be retained. The windshield has been shortened in order to fit the styling. The Optima’s back doors are on rear-placed hinges. As distinct from a regular Optima, they open in an opposite direction.

The car benefits from a set of Ksport coilover suspension and rides on 20-inch wheels. A bright chrome finish rounds off each corner of the wheels. Soft butter-cream integument bucket seats can be found inside the cabin. The rear part has gained custom double buckets. They are separated with the help of extended armrest and standard central console. Looking under the cowl, you will see the firm V4 turbocharged engine producing 245 hp. Its life became easier with a high-performance exhaust.
