Information about the WRX STI NR4 from Subaru

Subaru Australia has shared new information on the WRX STI NR4.

The model under consideration has been developed jointly with PBMS (Possum Bourne Motorsport), a motorsport partner. The vehicle is homologated by International Automobile Federation. It befits to complete in FIA WRC2 and ERC2 regional / progressive national superiority.

The car will be available in WR Blue or White only. The power will come from a 2.0-litre turbocharged V4 engine.

The automaker did not confirm the performance specifications. Though, Subaru revealed that the vehicle will have an OMP 3-spoke helm. Besides, it will boast OMP sport seats with 6-point harness. It will benefit from a stripped interior with alloy pedals and gunmetal grey paint. The vehicle’s weight was reduced by means of removing the sound deadening materials and safety bags.

The car under consideration will cost starting from $38,000 AUD. The automaker has stated that the offering will have 6 option packages. Those packages spread on brakes, engine, set-ups for gravel, tarmac and suspension.
