Satisfaction Chart Lead by Subaru and Mercedes

A special survey revealed the brands imposing the fullest client satisfaction in the car industry.

Mercedes-Benz appeared to be the most satisfying carmaker, and the closest competitor to it is Subaru.

This year’s American Consumer Satisfaction Index also revealed that luxury Lexus and people’s VW share the third position in the rating. Two Japanese trendsetters and a good old Buick follow. GMC and Chevrolet along with Kia finish off the top ten.

Generally speaking, drivers have been left more and more unsatisfied starting from 2013. Traditionally, imported products do still reign in the USA, but it should be noted that year to year the national companies manifest improvement in this regard.

More than 4,300 people took part in the study. The respondents were questioned via emails and phones. Survey was carried out during 39 spring days. Light vehicles of such brands as Acura and Dodge impose the least customer satisfaction.
