Early Autumn Release of AMG GT
Those anxious about the launch date of Mercedes-AMG will now finally sleep well.
The German brand went too far with teasing timeline, up to the point of mockery. Now it is finally known – yet from semi-official informer – that the web release will be conducted on September, 9 and in October the public will see the car live.
Truth be told, if the exhausting promo is as good as it tries to look, the model will come out phenomenal. Roaring eight cylinders under the hood in a relatively compact motor will be available in two modifications: sports GT-S and its 502 hp and a more modest GT with later sales release and 455 hp of output.
Acceleration of GT-S modification will be conducted in mere 3.9 seconds to reach 62 mph, and the final mark is 194 mph. Tyres on wheels of various sizes will be offered with modern cup rubbers, and GT will have only one, but also a decent option. The variants will also be distinguished by differentials.
Generally, the customers already have almost a full picture of both the body and cab appearance. They were even given an opportunity to listen to the engine’s roar. Now everybody will calmly be waiting for the final revelation of this cheaper SLS counterpart.
