Creative Idea for CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake by Mercedes Benz

RM Design has delivered its version of Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake.

CLA Shooting Brake is yet to appear and meanwhile AMG counterpart gets into the focus with a new rendering. A lot of experts admit that Remco Meulendijk did his best in this project to make it look like a possible variant of a smaller CLS 45 AMG Shooting Brake.

Mercedes-Benz is probably going to end up as a manufacturer of the nicest and most functional wagon at the market with its powerful borrowing from other AMGs – carried-over V4 with the volume of 2.0 litres. Decent output of 355 hp and torque of 322 lb-ft will be offered by such a mill. Twin-clutch gearbox for seven speeds will send its power to all four wheels. The only negative review to be given to CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake is of the domain of sprint: increased weight will slow the car down, but only in a matter of tenth of a second. Previous figure of four-door vehicle totalled 4.6 sec for 62 mph.

Paris will welcome regular model in mid-autumn with AMG arriving later or even at the beginning of next year.
