Peregryn GT-R: 700-HP Mid-Engine V8 Track Supercar

Peregryn Automotive has unveiled the GT-R, a lightweight mid-engine supercar based on acquired Ultima hardware. Powered by a General Motors LS or LT V8 engine producing around 700 horsepower mated to a sequential gearbox, the coupe targets a dry weight of 2,100 pounds and a 0 to 60 mph acceleration in 2.2 seconds. Designed for analog driving purists, it prioritizes simple construction and extreme power-to-weight performance.
