Ferrari 296 GT Modificata Unveiled as Unrestricted 720-HP Track Weapon

Built on the foundation of the 296 GT3 Evo, the new 296 GT Modificata abandons racing balance-of-performance limits in pursuit of pure lap times. Its upgraded 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 delivers 720 hp and 800 Nm, paired with an aggressive aero package featuring a massive fixed rear wing and a prominent front splitter. The track-only machine is estimated to lap Ferrari's Fiorano test track about three seconds faster than the regulation racer.
