2027 Ram HD updates introduced with new Payload Upgrade Package

Ram has revealed key updates for its 2027 Heavy Duty lineup, headlined by a new Payload Upgrade Package for 2500 models equipped with the 6.4-liter Hemi V-8. The package swaps out the rear coil springs for a heavy-duty frame and leaf springs from the 3500, pushing maximum payload up to 4,580 pounds and towing capacity to 17,740 pounds. Several functional features like Warn winches, performance hoods, and limited-slip differentials are also now available as standalone options across trims.
