2027 Land Rover Defender updated with urban Vertex version and engine changes

The iconic Land Rover Defender has received a major update, introducing a new urban-oriented Vertex edition with modified bumpers, a larger grille, and 22-inch wheels. Inside, the three-row configuration now offers captain's chairs for the second row, while the engine lineup sees the addition of a 375-hp mild-hybrid inline-six. To comply with emissions regulations, the top-tier V8 engine has been detuned to 540 hp, resulting in a slightly slower acceleration time.
