Wuling Starlight I (F510C) gallery (2023–present)
The Starlight mid-size sedan arrived in 2023 as Wuling's highly groundbreaking electrification vehicle model constructed on the versatile Tianyu D platform.
Introduced in late 2023, the Starlight represents Wuling's first entry into the mid-size sedan segment built on the modular Tianyu D architecture. The four-door sedan body features a fastback profile boasting an impressive drag coefficient of just 0.228 Cd. The powertrain lineup offers a Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) configuration combining a 1.5-liter S-TEC petrol engine with a 177-horsepower electric motor, alongside a pure Battery Electric (BEV) version developing up to 204 horsepower. Front-wheel drive is standard across all models, paired with either a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission or a single-speed electric reduction gear. The electric model provides a driving range of up to 510 kilometers on CLTC standards, whereas the PHEV achieves fuel consumption as low as 3.98 liters per 100 km. The comfortable five-passenger interior is equipped with a floating 15.6-inch central touch screen, digital instrument cluster, power-adjustable seating, and intelligent climate control. Assembly occurs in Liuzhou and Qingdao, China.
