Wuling Cortez I gallery (2018–present)

The Wuling Cortez family MPV launched in Indonesia in February 2018 as a rebadged version of the second-generation Baojun 730 compact minivan. Constructed on a front-wheel-drive platform with a transversely mounted engine, upper trim levels feature an independent multi-link rear suspension for enhanced ride comfort. Initial powertrain offerings included a 1.8-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 129 horsepower and a 1.5-liter engine, which were later complemented and largely superseded by the Cortez CT variant featuring a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 140 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. Transmission options comprise a six-speed manual and a continuously variable transmission CVT. The interior offers a spacious seven-seat layout with individual second-row captain chairs and fold-flat third-row seating. Key features include an electric sunroof, power-adjustable driver seat, infotainment screen integrated with Wuling Indonesian Command voice control in local language, Internet of Vehicle connectivity, electronic parking brake with Auto Hold, tire pressure monitoring, automatic headlights, and a suite of active safety systems.
